Rooms were outdated the furniture looked as if it was purchased at a garage sale old and in disrepair. The bathroom although clean were not operating well the tub was alittle tricky working the shower and the sink didn't drain real well. However the price was competitive and they included a breakfast. If your traveling alone and only need a night or two this works. If you have family I would recommend the Hilton just about a mile down the road and alot better the price in advance is competitive. Very disappointed in this property. When checking in on Sunday afternoon, we were asked if animals, specifically dogs and cats barking and making noise would bother us. Really?????? This property really needs to be fixed up a bit better, saw a lot of things broken and torn in the room. Broken and open outlet covers showing exposed wires - thank god we weren't traveling with children. Second, and most importantly, we reserved this hotel because it had airport and attraction shuttle service but found this wasn't true even though it's splashed all over social media and travel providers. Again - THIS is why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately when asking the front desk at check-in (on Sunday) if we could get the shuttle to take us to the restaurant right down the road, they said this wasn't allowed even with the shuttle sitting in front of the hotel. We had to hire an Uber to get down the street at night for safety reasons. The next morning, Monday, when we called to arrange the shuttle to the airport, they said they do not offer shuttle services on Sunday and Monday . When we go down to check out and arrange yet another uber, we were then told they lost one of the drivers. So which is it??? All in all it cost us additional money that we didn't plan on. Additionally the breakfast is simply toast, bagels a couple of muffins and cereal so it was overall very disappointing. What a waste of $119.72... For this 'event' we should get a refund.

Had to change rooms three times. Unkept rooms, peeling paint, smelly, internet didn’t work most of the time. Other guests smoking pot which my husband is deathly allergic to and staff didn’t care to address any of the problems.

Excellent staff and accommodations . Did not partake in free breakfast. One elevator was not working, however repairs were being made. Another elevator was available around the corner from the out of order elevator
